1. About us

ORZINO Freeze Dried Fruits sells freeze-dried fruit snacks online. Our address is P-101, Gali No. 3, Nafees Road, Batla House, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, South East Delhi - 110025; you can contact us at support@orzino.com or +91 87577 26925.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You can order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, and for giving accurate, current information.

3. Products and availability

• Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; colour, shape and size may vary slightly.
• Our snacks are limited edition. To keep stock fair, each order is limited to 8 packs of any one product.
• Products marked “Coming Soon” cannot be ordered yet.
• If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund it in full.

4. Pricing and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The crossed-out MRP is shown for reference; you pay the selling price.
• Selling prices are shown before GST. GST at 5% and any delivery charge are added at checkout and shown in your order summary and invoice before you pay.
• We may change prices or offers at any time; the price and charges shown when you confirm your order apply to that order.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

5. Placing an order

When you confirm your order on our checkout page, we receive your order details on WhatsApp and record it against an Order ID. This is a request to buy; a binding contract is formed when we confirm your order (after we verify your payment and that the items and your pincode can be served).

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, an unserviceable address, suspected fraud or a payment we cannot match. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Payment

• We currently accept payment by UPI. Pay the exact amount shown at checkout to the UPI ID displayed.
• After paying, enter the UPI transaction reference (UTR) from your payment app. We match it against our account manually, so an order may stay on hold until we verify it.
• Never share your UPI PIN, OTP or card details with anyone — we will never ask for them.
• Entering a false or someone else's payment reference may result in the order being cancelled.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are food items, returns are limited. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for what is covered, how to raise a request and refund timelines.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use automated tools to bulk-buy limited-edition stock or to scrape our content.
• Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.

10. Intellectual property

The Orzino name, logo, product photography, text and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Product information and health

Please read the label for ingredients, allergen information, storage and best-before dates. Our products are snacks, not medicines, and nothing on the website is medical advice. If you have allergies or a medical condition, check with a doctor before consuming any food product.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example courier disruption, natural events or network outages). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim in another forum, the courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
